Well I made it through my first work day at school.... alive! It was trial by fire. Two kids to the nurse and a fight that I had to file a report on. I enjoyed the day though as the fall weather is here with the leaves turning and in the 60’s, nice to be outside. I find out if I got the other job in the deli this afternoon.

I have been doing so much art... did a nice one for my friend Tommy who is still having a rough time. Sometimes he is a little suicidal getting put on and off his meds. I know he can make it through all this as he is now talking about flying to Seattle when he has the money to meet me and give me a GREAT BIG HUG! We have been through so much together... and we seem to always get through to the sunlight; I care for him so much and wish I could help him more but all I can do is talk to him and give him love and understanding over the phone.

So I have to walk back home now, so I can go to work. You know I enjoy getting up in the mornings now, taking Bridget to the bus and then going on my walks after; wow I haven’t enjoyed mornings in years!
