The house is clean and the laundry is done. Notes have been left as to how to feed the cats and what to pick up at the store. I went to group... it was a little rough but made it through with out walking out. Saw Dr. McDavid tonight for a session. He is more nervous about my trip then I am. I did pretty good on my home work, will see him about 4 days after I get back and I’ll send him a postcard to let him know how things are going.

My home work is that I have to deal with the Michael thing with just me and Michael..... he thinks I can do that with out having a melt down.... he has such faith in me, I’ll give it a shot any way. Michael did call him and he forgot to tell me. I left a message on Michael's voice mail, he is out of town right now, I took the first step, I’ll see how it goes. Dr. McDavid did coach me on it a little and will again if needed.

Now it’s off to bed to get a little sleep, have to get up about 2 am to get my flight to AZ. I am excited to go and play with Charley and see the wonders that the desert holds there. I will not have a computer to use, but will take pen and paper of course. I’ll tell ya all about it when I get back, until then be safe and be happy.
